I got this sweater as a Christmas gift and I love it. The colors are so vibrant. I am really loving neon and Forever 21 is the best plays to treat my neon fever. I am however so bummed this sweater isn't listed online. It must be in stores only, but trust me, it is well worth the trip.
I paired the sweater with a pair of INC leggings from Macy's, over the knee Torrid boots, and one of my favorite pieces from Target, a tunic with lace details. I wore a hot pink cross necklace from Forever 21 and my vintage necklace that I always wear.
What do you think...also side note: I know a lot of people have complained or requested my photos be taken from a lower angle and I am trying to come in lower. My husband takes the pics and he is tall. Also, with my crap camera, I can't get my full outfit without it being a bit higher.

OOTN> Stripe Blocking
I am sure you are thinking this dress looks familiar...well that is because it has been in my last two posts! As you already know I am a big fan of stripes. I thought I would try and incorporate two of my favorite trends this season: stripes and color-blocking. Now, I know this isn't technically color-blocking but I thought with the black SPANX nylons and red boots it would kind of sort of be color-blocking. So, I ordered this dress from Macy's with a gift card I received for Christmas from my lovely aunt and I absolutely love it.
Dress Information: it is an American Rag from Macy's. It is 100% stretchy. The material is so soft and it has a nice neckline. The colors in the stripes are gorgeous. If I could find a lot of my stuff after my move, I would totally go more Boho with it because turquoise and coral would be fab with this dress. One quick negative, is the dress is much shorter than in the picture. I know that with my physique, that I would shorten the dress naturally, but it was short to begin with. I ordered the dress in a 3X and it is roomy throughout the body of the dress, so I would say it would fit up to a size 32 but maybe just more as a tunic. The dress is currently on sale for $34.99.

It's a stripe-olution!!!
Who said big girls couldn't or shouldn't wear horizontal stripes? Whoever it was, was WRONG. Right now, one of my favorite trends is stripes. I'm showcasing a few of my favorite striped looks.
Are you guys a fan of this trend?
The things I want in January
Here are a couple of things that I am loving right now.
What do you ladies think? Nail stickers are my new favorite things! I have been wearing these Sally Hansen ones and I love them! They last for 2 weeks.

OOTD>Neon Mini
I purchases this amazing mini skirt from Forever 21...and let me tell you, I LOVE IT!! I got it for I think $9.80. I have always been so into neon and can never find anything in my size. I am showing two different looks.
The first is more casual and not how I really envisioned wearing the skirt. Yes, I envision my outfits, plus I was experimenting with my hair and I didn't love it. Ok, the outfit.
Skirt: Neon mini from Forever 21
Top: Leopard print scarf from Torrid
Sweater: Boyfriend Sweater from Macys
Leggings and Boots: Torrid
What do you think?
Next, I wanted to wear the skirt again for the Curvy qt fashion show that I attended (I will be doing a separate post about) and needed to dress it up a bit. UNFORTUNATELY, it wasn't exactly what I wanted again. I wanted to do a sheer tight or mesh tight with my over the knee boots, but I was at my moms and didn't have them in my possession. Ok so outfit:
Top: Target Striped maxi dress (tied and tucked in to make look like a shirt)
Blazer: Target
Skirt: Forever 21
Leggings: Forever 21
Boots: Torrid
Necklace: Nordstrom Rack ( LOVE IT)
What do you think? Which outfit/hair style do you prefer?

OOTD>Rock Gal
I hate my pictures lately! So So So sorry for the quality. The pictures have been taken on a camera phone which its good for a camera phone but not great. Until I find or get a new camera, it is all I can do.
I wanted to do a very quick OOTD. My family and I went out for an early Christmas meal and it was delicious. I had to get ready quickly, so I did a dark burgundy lip and light make-up every where else. I also didn't do my hair as you can see.
For my outfit, I wore a very blousy black top from Casual Plus and some Tripp black pants from Torrid and my cozy heels from Torrid. I also wore this great hummingbird shirt from Forever 21. I had to purchase it in a 2X and it did not fit my arms. So I cut slits in the sleeves to give way to the mighty arms. I also wore a denim jean vest that I made out of an old denim jacket from the Gap a million years ago. I wanted to throw on some denim so the outfit didn't look too dressy. Last but not least I wore my ruby frog necklace from target.

OOTD>violet beauregard
I wasn't going to post this outfit BUT it got a lot of positive feedback on my tumblr, so I thought what they heck.
I would have liked to have changed my hair and added some jewelry, but sometimes less is more. I have to admit, I felt a bit inspired by Violet Beauregard.
Outfit details: I think its safe to assume that I love Torrid.
Dress: Torrid: size 4
Tights: Torrid size 3/4
Shoes: Torrid size 11 (they didn't have my size 10)
A quick side note, I did not think that the belt or the tights would fit me but the tights are really generously sized and could fit a much bigger size. They were SOOO comfortable and easy to get on. I adore these tights.
